Please note:If you are a new customer, we can begin sharing your information 30 days from the date we sent this notice. When you are no longer our customer, we continue to share your information as described in this notice. However, you can contact us at any time to limit our sharing.

WHAT WE DO
How does Pennie protect my personal information?To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings.
How does Pennie collect my personal information?

We collect your personal information, for example, when you:

  • Apply for one of our programs or give us your contact information
  • Provide or allow us access to your income and employment information, or give us your employment history
  • Provide or allow us access to your account information

We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, affiliates, or other companies.

Why can’t I limit all sharing?

Federal law gives you the right to limit only:

  • Sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes — information about your creditworthiness
  • Affiliates from using your information to market to you
  • Sharing for non-affiliates to market to you
What happens when I limit sharing for an account I hold jointly with someone else?Your choices will apply to everyone on your account.
DEFINITIONS
Affiliates

Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies.

  • Pennie MGMT LLC is affiliated with ReserveMyLoan LLC and this privacy policy applies to all programs, products or services offered by the companies.
Non-Affiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies.

  • Non-affiliates we share with can include service providers and direct marketing companies.
Joint Marketing

A formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

  • Non-affiliates we may jointly market with include financial institutions, service providers and direct marketing companies

State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing.

State laws may also provide you with specific privacy protections. Please note those individual circumstances below that may apply to you. We will comply with applicable state laws with respect to our use of your information. So long as we are providing you with services under your Agreement with Pennie Mgmt LLC, we will provide the Privacy Policy to you at least annually.California Residents: We will not share your personal information with non-affiliated third parties for their marketing purposes without your affirmative consent. Except as permitted by law, we will not share your personal information with our affiliates or joint marketing partners without first giving you additional privacy choices.Nevada Residents: If you prefer not to receive marketing calls from us, you may be placed on our Do Not Call List by calling (800) 282-7186. This notice is provided pursuant to Nevada law.
